IMPORTANT UPDATES

-As of 4/10/26 - Families Program has been updated. Family participants will now stay at the same hotel as the band and join the band on their charter buses beginning in Washington DC. The cost remains the same.

-All rates are PER PERSON. Enrollment is open until December 20, 2025 -or- until the trip is fully subscribed, which ever comes first. Availability is based on a first come first serve basis.

-You have the option to pay by credit card (fees range from 2.90%-3.90%) or by e-check (no fee).

Optional Add-On Experiences now available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis pending availability through Friday, April 17, 2026.

Union Band Family Program+: Niagara Falls, NY  (3 Days / 2 Nights / 3 Meals)

Niagara Falls Program+ Package includes: 

- Transportation (on Band Bus) from NYC to Niagara Falls and within Niagara Falls per itinerary

- Box Dinner distributed on coach (Sunday 7/5)

- 2 Nights at the Holiday Inn Niagara Falls State Park Entry (same as Band)

- 1 Breakfast at hotel

- Maid of the Mist

- Cave of the Winds

- Farewell Banquet Dinner with the Band at the Crowne Plaza (Monday 7/6)

- Transfer from hotel to Buffalo Airport (BUF) 

Deposit: $250 per person due at booking (non-refundable)

Saturday, July 4 - The BIG Day Happy 250th USA! (B)

Ocean City, MD ~ Splash, Rides, Beach, Atlantic Ocean, Nighttime Rides, Fireworks

Board coach, transfer to Ocean City, MD (approx. 2.5-3.0 hours, 125 miles)

Enroute stop at the Miles the Monster Statue at Dover Motor Speedway

Jolly Roger Splash & Ride @ 30th Street 

· Splash Mountain Waterpark (10:00AM–6:00PM) 

· Amusement Rides (2:00PM-6:00PM)

· One Round of Mini Golf at Treasure Golf (till 6:00PM)

TAKE NOTE: Families will need at a hotel at least for the night of Sunday, July 5, 2026, if you are opting out of the Family Program+ (Part II) Niagara Falls. Families would have to bring their bags from the bus to their NYC Times Square Area Hotel to store it for the day. Those opting to continue to Niagara Falls (Part II) may leave their luggage on their assigned Band Bus.
