We had an amazing group working with our kids. The weather threw a wrench in some plans (completely out of their control) and the guides were able to quickly switch it up and add and remove experiences as needed. I never felt like a moment was wasted. Jen (Mama Duck) was such a knowledgeable and friendly guide to have. She was great with the kids, able to be on their level, but never let them get into any trouble. The team that was always one step ahead of us was also amazing. They made sure we all stayed hydrated and that no one felt left behind or away from the crowd.

We had an absolutely amazing trip. The students on broadway team were able to pivot and make last minute changes to our itinerary multiple times. Our tour guide on bus #3, Matt, was extremely knowledgeable and outgoing and had plenty of fun stories and jokes to keep everyone entertained while explaining different places or things along the way. He was very enjoyable to have with us. Overall, the trip went much better than I was expecting considering the immense complexity of a trip that covered thousands of miles and six cities. The weather was extremely hot at the start of our trip but the team made sure everyone had plenty of water all the time. I really appreciated all the work the team did to make it such a memorable trip.

The trip was great, well planned, well communicated, and the crew/staff was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and super kind. In particular we had one of the best tour guides(Jen/Mama Duck)! She made it a special experience for everyone.

We loved the trip, the people from SBNYC went out of their way to make sure we were pleased. They were professional yet they seemed to enjoy what they did, especially considering it was Thanks Giving week. A huge successful trip! Thank You.
